Beautiful hotel, convenient location, with an excellent breakfast buffet featuring both Mexican and American options including a friendly omelet station, and just a 10-minute walk from Chapultepec.

The location of Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec impressed me right away. Just a short walk to Chapultepec Park, the views from my room overlooking the park were stunning. Room decor felt modern and elegant, contributing to my enjoyment. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast options were excellent, especially with the friendly staff at the omelet station. I found everyone consistently welcoming. However, noise from the nearby party space was disruptive during my stay. Loud music on the weekend made it hard to sleep. I reported the issue, but it continued through both nights. Also, the air conditioning was frustrating. Despite setting it to the lowest temperature, it never cooled down properly. This led to an uncomfortable atmosphere, especially after a long day of exploring. Overall, the service was top-notch, made the inconveniences more bearable. I'd suggest the hotel improve sound insulation and HVAC systems to ensure a more comfortable stay.

There are wonderful massage and spa treatments to help you unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, we had a bit of a wait checking in, but once we got to our room, it was a comfortable stay! 😊

i had a wonderful 10-night stay at grand fiesta americana. the deluxe king room on the premium 14th floor was huge, with a stunning view of chapultepec park. the comfy bed and high-quality linens made for restful nights. the staff was friendly, and i loved the free water and snacks by the elevators. the location was perfect for exploring bosques de chapultepec and nearby areas.

I had an amazing stay thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to assist me, especially Edgar, the concierge. My room offered a stunning view of the park and was comfortably furnished, making it a perfect retreat after exploring nearby attractions like the anthropology museum. Breakfast was a delightful start to each day with a variety of options, and the gym was clean and well-equipped. However, the air conditioning could use some improvement as it didn't cool down effectively during my stay.

The spacious Deluxe King Room was exceptionally clean and featured a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful stay. The staff was friendly and many spoke English, which made communication easy. Dining options were impressive, especially the breakfast buffet with a variety of choices, including delicious fruit juice. Despite the old feel of the mattress in the Deluxe King Room with Park View, the overall experience was enjoyable with quick service.
